The room was clean and very comfortable. I loved the spacious layout and the clever storage options. The bed felt great, providing a restful night’s sleep. The shower was a highlight—luxurious and well-designed. the lack of a microwave in the room was inconvenient, especially with a baby. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, which affected our comfort. Temperature control was decent, keeping the room at a good climate. the attention to detail in the design made it a pleasant stay, and I appreciated the staff's kindness, despite a small hiccup with wheelchair availability.

Functional design meets comfort. The rooms, while compact, are well-structured and clean. The bed and shower were particularly satisfying. breakfast is in dire need of improvement. Salty pancakes and bland eggs simply don't cut it. Noise levels in the lobby were disruptive, with too many activities cramped into one space. A lack of storage options in the room led to clutter, with clothes exposed rather unsightly. Most troubling was the water main issue, which lacked proper communication from staff. Guests should never have to demand essentials like water. With a few adjustments, this could be the ideal choice for visitors heading to the parks. The potential is evident, but execution needs focus.

The lobby was so welcoming and filled with fun games for the family! I couldn’t get enough of the delicious breakfast—seriously, the coffee bar was a dream. The pool was absolutely gorgeous, perfect for relaxing with that stunning view from the 7th floor!

During my stay, I loved how this hotel was so close to amazing attractions like SeaWorld and the Disney parks, making it super easy to get out and explore without dealing with the busiest tourist areas, and the lobby had a friendly vibe with comfy seating and games that made it really inviting; while the rooms were clean and safe, a little more attention to detail could be given, but overall it’s a great place to stay for weekend adventures!

The quiet and safe room location was a plus. the remote area with no nearby restaurants or stores was disappointing.
I encountered issues with the hot water not working properly and the constant loud flushing of the toilet. The poor maintenance response and lack of compensation for the inconveniences left me dissatisfied.

Great accessibility for power wheelchairs, spacious room and bathroom, large shower with sturdy bench, clean and calming minimalist decor, family-friendly lobby with games and full bar, free coffee and breakfast.

We had a blast sinking shots and talking trash. The coffee bar was LIT too, keeping us energized for all the fun. The lobby games were straight up fire, like the giant Connect 4 - so much fun, fam!
Just wishing for a killer DJ or live music in the evenings to turn up the party vibes even more! .

During my recent stay at Tru, I was impressed by the welcoming staff, great location near the Convention Center, and the lovely pool with sylvester palms. The lobby was a fantastic space with a bar, billiards, and Foosball tables for entertainment. The breakfast selection was good, and I appreciated the eco-friendly toiletries in the room. there were a few areas that could be improved. My room wasn't ready for check-in at 3 pm, which was a bit inconvenient. The rooms, though clean and nice, felt a bit cramped for more than two people. on one occasion, a drunk couple disturbed my peace on the second floor in the middle of the night. Despite these issues, the hotel overall offered a comfortable and welcoming experience. The black-out shades in the room were a nice touch, and the various seating options in the lobby created a cozy atmosphere. I did encounter some noise from construction and neighboring rooms, as well as some traffic noise. The breakfast quality could be better, and the hotel experienced a water main issue that led to a lack of running water for several hours. In terms of amenities, I would have appreciated a better quality bed and pillows, as well as improved soundproofing in the rooms to block out disturbances. The hotel also charged me for parking, which felt unnecessary given the ample open spaces available. Despite these drawbacks, my overall stay at Tru was satisfactory, and I would consider returning in the future for the convenient location and friendly staff.

The room had a modern and stylish look, perfect for young travelers. The pool area and lobby were aesthetically pleasing. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were a nice touch. Besides, the staff was wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is located close to SeaWorld, making it convenient for visitors to explore the theme park.
The property seemed understaffed, leading to long lines during check-in/out. The maintenance of the hotel was lacking, with issues like mold on the showerhead and missing pieces in the games area.

I was thrilled to visit SeaWorld's Discovery Cove and chose Tru By Hilton for its convenient location. The staff's fluency in English and Spanish at the reception was a pleasant surprise. The 24-hour front desk, shared lounge, free WiFi, and complimentary breakfast added great value to my stay.

the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. the room was spacious and comfortable, and i felt safe with the added security measure of using the room key for the elevators. the breakfast was fantastic and i appreciated the variety of options for food and drinks. the modern bathroom, 24/7 coffee and tea availability, and pet-friendly policy were also great features.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and outdoor swimming pool. The location was also convenient, being close to the Convention Center and the Universal parks. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.
The breakfast. The pancakes were salty and the eggs lacked flavor.

the tru by hilton was super clean and comfy. it's in a great spot for disney. the staff were helpful enough to hold our bags for a few days. free coffee all day was a nice touch.
